The football Association of Premier league limited (FAPL). is operated by a co-operation and owned by the twenty football clubs which serves has members of the co-operation. each club are shareholder with each clubs entitled to a singular vote, which aids the football clubs to veto on issues and contracts. the football Association is not directly involved in the day to day operation of the premier league. the football clubs selects Chairman, Chief executive and board of directors to over see it daily operations of the league. the football Association has veto power has a special shareholder during the election of chairman and chief executives and when new rules are adopted by the league.
The current chief executive is Richard Master who was appointed in December 2019. the current chair is Alison Brittain who took over the role in 2023.
The premier league sends a number of representatives to the UEFA's European football Association, the number of clubs and the club's themselves, chosen according to UEFA's coefficient. from 2023 to 2024 premier league has thirteen representatives in the UEFA'S association: Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester united,WestHam, Wolverhampton wanderers, Brighton and Hove Albion, Everton, Tottenham Hotspur, Nottingham forest,Newcastle united and Aston Villa.
The European club association is responsible for electing three members to the UEFA club competitions committee . which are directly involved in the day to day operations of the UEFA competitions, such as; UEFA champions league, UEFA Europa and Conference league.

Premier league Competition format

The premier league prediction is one of the toughest league and can not be compared with any other league in Europe. the premier league competition format is know has round Robin system. this involved playing a particular club twice, one at home and one away from home for thirty-eight games. teams receive three points for a win ,one point for a draw and no point is awarded for a loss.teams are ranked by total point ,goal difference and then goal score, if still equal, teams are deemed to occupy the same position. if there's a tie for championship, relegation or qualifications to another competition ,the head to head records between the tied teams are considered. but if both teams are still tied, a play off match is required to separate both teams and it's played in a neutral venue . The premier league also operates a promotion and relegation system too. the three lower teams in the league's table are relegated to the EFL championship while the top two teams in the EFL championship are promoted to the premier league with the third,fourth,fifth and sixth will get a play off matches to see only one team join the other two promoted.

The premier league has seen fifty one clubs play in the competition right from 1992, up to and including 2023-2024 season. it has a large score board of winners and runner-up , which are; Manchester united with 13 league titles and have been runner-up for seven times in seven seasons, Manchester City 8 league titles and have been runner-up three times, Chelsea 5 league titles and have been runner-up four times, Arsenal 3 league titles and have been runner-up eight times, Liverpool 1 league title and have been runner-up five times,Black burn 1 league title and have been runner-up one time and finally Leicester city 1 league title and have not come anyway closer to the top after winning the league in 2015-2016 season. The only two team that has remained in the premier league after gaining promotion is Brentford and Brighton and Hove Albion.
